Cancellation Policy
To cancel for a refund or reschedule, please email "hi@monicagagne.com" to notify at least 48 hours in advanced. In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in an Ocean Resin Workshop and in consideration of my desire to participate in this activity, I hereby, for myself and any other participants who are accompanying me or any personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability policy and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participating in the Ocean Resin Workshop. I hereby release and forever discharge Monica Gagne, and any of their affiliates, from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the Ocean Resin Workshop. I (and any other participants that are accompanying me) am voluntarily participating in the Ocean Resin Workshop entirely at my own risk.
